The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Guests are kindly requested to be especially mindful of the neighbours rest between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
It is not permitted to play music at a high volume or engage in any activities that may cause disturbance to others.
Glassware and glass objects are not allowed in the pool area.
The property may access the outdoor and garden areas on a near-daily basis to carry out maintenance work on the swimming pool, gardens, and other facilities.
For safety reasons, guests must obtain authorization from the host before using the fireplace or the barbecue.
It is strictly prohibited to enter the house while wearing outdoor shoes. Guests are kindly requested to use indoor slippers or remain barefoot in order to protect the rugs and carpeting.
Serious violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay without any right to a refund, in addition to any claims for damages that may be applicable.
The parking area is located directly in front of the accommodation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
