If the apartment is ready, we can offer it to you, but we cannot guarantee it, as it depends on the previous guests departure and the cleaning schedule.

✅ For security reasons, luggage and belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning.

✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm if it is possible and the corresponding additional cost:
- From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: €39
- From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €59
- From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM: €99

✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00 AM) and have not notified the property, the following amount will be deducted from your deposit, depending on the time of your departure:
- Departure between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM: €250
- Departure between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM: €290
- Departure between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM: €330
- Departure after 2:00 PM Check-in at 3:00 PM: €380
- Check-out between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM: €435

✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed entry. If you wish to add guests to your original reservation, the price is €39 per person per night. Any unregistered or unpaid guests entering the property will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

✅ CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY: The cleaning fee after your arrival is included in the reservation. If you require extra cleaning or towel changes, please contact us; this will incur an additional charge of €70.

✅ PETS: Pets are allowed with prior notice, at a supplement of €25 per pet per night. Any unregistered or unpaid pets entering the property will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment.

✅ Please respect the neighbors peace and quiet, especially at night.

✅ Use the facilities with care and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and, if applicable, compensated.
